We have state of the art security on site with cameras inside and outside the Business Centre as well as on the Logistics Yard for your security and peace of mind.
Business Centre’s Main Door Entrance Access Control System With Keypad & Intercom System
We have installed a secure office building access system which is operated by inputting an UNIQUE CODE which is allocated to your individual company and you are then logged onto our security systems. If preferred, FOBs can also be allocated at a small cost. The intercom system allows you speak to your visitor before allowing entry into the building. It also is a safeguard to avoid any unauthorised entry into the Business Centre.
Business Centre’s Post Boxes
There are also Post Boxes on the exterior of the Business Centre allocated for every tenant.
Logistics Centre’s Yard Gate Entrance & Exit Control System With Keypad & Intercom System
We have installed a secure Yard access system which is operated by inputting an UNIQUE CODE which is allocated to your individual company and then logged into our security systems. If preferred, FOBs can also be allocated at a small cost. The intercom system can allow you to speak to a visitor/company to avoid any unauthorised entry onto the Yard.
On Site Parking & Electric Car Charging Points
We have recently installed new Charging Points to the exterior of the Business Centre and also on the Logistics Centre’s Yard for our tenants’ sole use.

We have a large car park on site providing parking for tenants and visitors as well as for disabled parking. We also have a bike rack for tenants who prefer to ride their bicycle to work
Communal Kitchenette & Toilets
Business Centre
There is a communal kitchenette on the 1st floor and a microwave. Each floor has its own ladies and gents WC’s.
Cleaning and Coronavirus (Covid-19)

All the common areas, including the corridors, kitchenette and WCs, etc. are maintained daily, Monday to Friday, by an outside cleaning company who also provide full sanitizing provision for Covid-19. There are sanitizing stations on the Ground and First floor for the use of our tenants.
Welfare Facilities
Logistics Centre
We have provided a Welfare Unit on the yard which houses a toilet and shower as well as a heater for the sole use of the drivers. The Welfare Unit is maintained daily, Monday to Friday, by an outside cleaning company who also provide full sanitizing provision for Covid-19. There is a sanitizing station in the Unit for the sole use of the drivers.
