The Daysspace Business Centre is a modern purpose built office block of 5,900 sq. ft.

We offer individual office suites ranging from the smallest office of 162 sq. ft. up to the largest office of 584 sq. ft. for a quality and price which is without equal in Derby. It is a 2-storey office block with a communal kitchenette and WC facilities on the ground & first floors with a disabled WC on the ground floor.

Telecoms

We have installed 1 Gigabit fibre optic cable into the Daysspace Business Centre which provides fantastic high speed broadband which we can offer at reliable and sensible prices that would be unaffordable for most smaller/medium sized businesses. Microwave broadband is also available.

Heating

The building is heated by gas central heating system.

Terms

We are flexible in the terms that we can offer to suit tenants’ requirements. We can offer suites on a ‘traditional lease’ or on a ‘serviced office licence’ basis on a long term or short term contract, the minimum being 12 months.

For a ‘Serviced Offices’ Licence the tenant pays a service charge which includes the following:

  • Electricity

  • Heating

  • Water & Surface Water Drainage

  • Building Insurance Contribution

  • Cleaning and Maintenance of Common Parts

  • General Waste, Pest Control & Maintenance of Security Systems and Cameras.

NB. This does not include Business Rates or Telecoms/Internet.
